Order & Payment Policy

Customers must pay 50% advance at the time of order confirmation.

The remaining 50% payment is due upon delivery of the order.

Orders without advance payment will not be processed.

Shipping & Delivery

We deliver to all major cities across Pakistan.

Standard delivery time is 3 to 10 working days, depending on product availability and customer location.

Customers will receive tracking details once the order has been dispatched.

Shipping Charges

A flat delivery fee of Rs. 1,000 per product applies.

Orders of Rs. 25,000 or above are eligible for free delivery.

Order Cancellation & Return Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product received is damaged or incorrect.

Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery to request a return or exchange.
